This is something we see a lot at Gadget Grave. Someone set a password on their device and forgot it the next day. This can leave your phone inoperable and can be a headache! Not to worry, we are able to bypass 95% of passwords on the market. Unfortunately, there is no way to keep your data and for this we have to do a hard reset on the device.
This is a good time to point out the importance of backing up your device on a regular basis. If you have a recent backup, then once we are done restoring the device to factory, you can take it back to your house and sync it. This will ensure you to keep all of your data including contacts, photos, videos, memos, notes, etc.
