Sony has developed a great new tablet that will rival the iPad Mini and it is the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact.   The Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact will become the slimmest and lightest tablet to date. Sony has already developed the Xperia Z1 and Z2 that are large but the Xperia Z3 will have an 8-inch screen and weigh less than 10 ounces. Let's look at the specifications of the Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact. First, the Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset that is a quad-core 2.5 GHz Krait processor plus an Adreno 330 graphics card. The Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact 16 GB internal storage and has a microSD slot that supports up to 128 GB microSD card. The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has 3 GB of RAM as well. The rear camera is 8.1 megapixels while the front is a 2.2 megapixel both video in 1080p at 30fps. What is great about the Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact? It is dust proof and water resistant up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes! Yes, the Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact is waterproof! This is a great asset to have with children. But it gets better. The display is TFT LCD that has shatterproof glass and an oleophobic coating. This means that this screen should not break! Sony has not added the very best features into its Xperia Z3 Compact Tablet but it has added features that could be just as important. When shopping for a tablet, there are several factors to consider. First and foremost, who is it for? You do not want to get a tablet that is easily broken to a kid or a cheap tablet that will not run anything within a year or two- but one that can last through the test of times. The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact is one of be better tablets on the market. While there are tablets that have better features, there is not a tablet that is as thin as the Sony Xperia Z3 Compact Tablet or as light as the Xperia Z3 Compact Tablet. Also, consider the fact that it is nearly indestructible. That means that you should not be able to crack it or get water in it- up to a point. Do not push these features too far as the water resistant is only for 30 minutes up to a meter deep and I have not seen anything that could not be cracked.
