ARMs new High-end CPU, The Cortex A72 ARM has announced a new high-performance CPU: Cortex A72. Intel Compute Stick

I for one appreciate a small form factor desktop. Intel has a new product called "Compute Stick", this takes the mini desktop concept as far as it can go. At 150 dollars with Windows 8.1 and 110 dollars for Ubuntu this stick isn't really a desktop in a traditional sense, it hangs off the back of your monitor instead of sitting on your desk. It sure seems like once every few years Microsoft has a flop operating system and then a really good one. While I do like Windows 8.1, the majority of PC users are not super impressed with its UI and functionality. Windows 8.1 looked to capitalize on the capabilities of touch as well as nice visuals to begin easing into its new mission statement of carrying an experience across multiple devices (tablets, consoles, laptop's etc...).
